Molly Matthews, CEO at Pushpay

Molly has been with Pushpay for more than six years, and has been at the helm as CEO for almost two years. She currently leads a globally dispersed team of more than 500 people, who continue to scale and innovate in order to reach new markets and verticals. Prior to reaching the one-year mark as CEO, Molly led Pushpay to a US$150 million acquisition of the livestream technology company, Resi Media, which has expanded growth potential for customers and the company. Prior to Pushpay, she was a change management consultant, and held other leadership positions in the non-profit sector.

Josh Robb, Co-Founder of Tend Health

Josh has over 20 years of experience leading teams and building software products in Australasia, Europe and the USA. He has built products in verticals including eLearning, advertising, human resources, FinTech and now HealthTech. Josh led the growth of Pushpay’s product design and development for six years, building from four to over 100 people and NZD$200m of annual revenue. He co-founded Tend Health in 2019 with Cecilia and James Robinson and Mataroria Lyndon where he is working on completely reimagining the traditional doctors visit.

Audrey Cheng, Chief Technology Officer at Imagr

Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience leading dynamic product, design, UX, engineering and technical teams—from the startup phase, to scaling globally. She is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Imagr, a retail technology start-up that creates smart carts, which is a checkout-less shopping experience made possible through computer vision technology. Before joining Imagr, she was the CPO at SnapComms. Prior to that, Audrey spent six years at Pushpay where she led the product vision during a rapid growth period at the company. In 2019, Audrey was recognised by Leading Women in Product, as the Product Leader of the Year for Australia and New Zealand.

Phil Howie, Founder and CEO of Onwardly

Phil has more than 20 years of experience in the design and development of high-quality digital experiences that delight customers and deliver outstanding value. He is the CEO and Founder of Onwardly, and has spent the last decade working in high-growth SaaS businesses. In fact, he was employee #1 at Pushpay, and during his six years at Pushpay was part of the company’s rapid growth to NZ$100m+. Prior to Onwardly, he spent time heading up product and engineering at Whip Around, which is another HiTech award-winning Kiwi SaaS company.

Natalie Burrows, VP of Product at Pushpay

Natalie has more than 15 years of experience leading product and customer experience teams, and currently leads Pushpay’s global product function. Prior to Pushpay, Natalie was a General Manager at Air New Zealand where she led the customer digital product strategy, which spanned over 30 global sales and service websites, four mobile apps, airport check-in, in-flight entertainment, wifi experiences, and other Air New Zealand customer experiences. Prior to Air New Zealand, Natalie served as Chief Customer Officer at Figleaves.com.
